HUNGARIAN TIRE ASSOCIATION

The Mission of the HTA is to assist its members in ensuring that laws and regu-lations relating to tyre production and use are drafted with due professional over-sight of national and EU rules while keep-ing abreast of the national and European regulatory environment. HTA member companies are committed to regularly and consistently developing a globally compet-itive legal and regulatory environment. HTA – in accordance with the members’ own vision – considers and supports the steps taken towards the realization of a circular economy. Furthermore, the HTA is dedicated to representing the legal inter-ests of the tyre industry in Hungary.

The HTA’s Social Responsibility is to pro-vide the public with credible information about the tyre industry and the products it manufactures, and to inform economic and political stakeholders about the activi-ties, aspirations and achievements of its member companies and the Association.

The cornerstone of the HTA’s Vision is to play a social and political role in the public’s continuous education in road safety and culture as an indispensable professional partner of government bodies, authorities and industry in the interests of sustainable and safe mobility.
